Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

The objectives of this study were as follows: 1) to implement good governance principle of school Administrators under the office in Klonglan of Kamphaengphet primary educational service area office 2. 2) to compare the good governance of school Administrators under the office in Klonglan of Kamphaengphet primary educational service area office 2 classifying by personal factors. 3) to study the correlation of  sub-variables to overall good governance of school Administrators. 4) to analyze problems, barriers and suggestions to develop good governance of school Administrators under the office in Klonglan of Kamphaengphet primary educational service area office 2

The sample of this research consisted of 171 teachers. The method of the study was mixed research; Firstly the quantitative method by means of survey research had been used later the quantitative research by In-Depth Interview had been done by research herself. The Key Informants composed of school administrators and Pariyattidhamma administrators including 7 persons. The research tools were questionnaire and Interview form. The Analysis of data had been performed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One way ANOVA and Spearman rank order correlation coefficient. The conclusion of the problems and suggestions were synthesized. The opinions of teachers towards using good governance of administrators were in high level.

When comparing the teachers’ opinions towards using good governance classifying by gender, age, Educational level and working experience; it was found that there were no significant difference at .05 level. Therefore the four hypotheses had been rejected.

The correlation of sub-variables were in positive high level with overall good governance at .01 level. Therefore the six hypotheses had been accepted.

 

The implementation of good governance towards every school group should be succeed if administrators had applied every administrators of good governance. The school administrators should declare the school policy to the public. The administrators should encourage teachers to comprehend and understand the good governance completely. The administrators should be idols of school teachers. The administrators should bring the Buddhadhamma Principles which were related to good governance to develop school works. The teachers should raise their mind from Akusalamula. The administrators should practice Punnakiriyavatthu, Sammaditthi, Samanattata and Dasapitrajadhamma.
